I’ve been part of the entertainment industry since the age of 14, working as a model, singer, actress, and dancer. Throughout my life, I’ve experienced both the highs and challenges that come with it, and over time I discovered how powerful fitness can be in supporting not just physical health, but mental wellbeing and overall wellness.

With over 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I now use that knowledge to help others achieve their goals through personalised training and nutrition plans. My approach is centred around creating something that works for you—helping you build strength, confidence, and a lifestyle that feels balanced and sustainable.
