Additional Training Options

Alongside 1:1 coaching, I also offer couples and small group training for those who prefer to train with others.

Couples training provides a great way to stay motivated and accountable together, while small group sessions create a supportive and energetic environment, with workouts adapted to suit all fitness levels.

To complement your training, I provide practical nutrition guidance designed to support your goals and fit your lifestyle.

This ensures you’re fuelling your body for energy, recovery, and results—helping you build sustainable habits without giving up the foods you enjoy.

My PT sessions will be individually aimed at making you fitter, toned, healthier and more confident. I will work closely with you to develop a personalised fitness, nutrition and overall well-being plan to suit your needs.

I will support you through every step of your journey. We will have regular check-ins and identify any changes that need to be made to reach your goals to be a fitter and healthier you!
